Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced
Scaffolding Supervisor
foroffshore Oil & Gas projects
in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on offshore experience, and thorough knowledge of HSE and permit-to-work systems.Key Responsibilities
Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on offshore sites Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and Oil & Gas safety standards Lead, manage, and coordinate scaffolding teams on site Perform scaffold inspections, tagging, and certification Liaise with engineers, safety officers, and project management teams Ensure safe work practices and adherence to approved scaffolding plans
Requirements
4-5 years of relevant GCC experience (mandatory)
Proven experience inoffshore Oil & Gas projects
Strong understanding ofpermit-to-work systems
andHSE procedures
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer
