Scaffolding Supervisor (offshore)
Job Description
Job Purpose: Lead scaffolding operations onshore and offshore, ensuring safe and efficient work platforms for construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Allocate tasks to crew, demonstrating safe scaffolding assembly/disassembly. Train subordinates and maintain tools/equipment in optimal condition. Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and report hazards. Investigate crew grievances and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Requirements: 10+ years in Oil & Gas scaffolding operations. Offshore safety certifications and ability to read/write reports in English.
