POSTION TITLE: Scaffolding Structural Engineer for design , weight load & wind calculation on same field. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Preparing all the monthly billing for the Scaffolding Division, interim valuations, variation claims, final accounts and to negotiate contractual disputes and settlements. Build a strong reputation for its experience and quality in delivering boutique scaffolding solutions beyond the scope of our competitors as well as for standard scaffolding work. Preparing monthly invoices for the Division based on submissions from the sales/contract's manager. Ensuring all work is completed to the standards specified before final inspections are expects top fulfilled Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field 03 - 05 years of Scaffolding designing & estimation experience, financial experience, construction experience or related field Proficient specialization in AutoCAD/ computer skills and Microsoft Office Salary Offer range: 2400 AED - 3000 AED.
