Job Description

1. Study customers to identify those who are serious and interested in leasing or purchasing materials.

2. Maintain contact with customers through phone calls, office visits, and meetings to determine their needs and preferences.

3. Present material specifications and features to meet customer needs.

4. Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials that meet their preferred specifications.

5. Conduct price negotiations to obtain the best price for both the buyer and the vendor.

6. Inspect and inspect sites prior to supply to ensure customer credibility.

7. Leverage their knowledge of the characteristics of leased materials to address any customer misconceptions or answer any inquiries.

8. Daily check of available inventory in the system and confirmed in the report to be sent to the supervisor.

9. Maintain contact with customers in the event of any future business openings or sales offers.

10. Complete lease or sale transactions and ensure that the terms of the required documents are explained, as well as in sales contracts, and payment and delivery of installments.

11. Submit a daily sales report to the Sales Manager.

12. Assist customers in resolving any issues they may encounter after renting or purchasing materials.

13. Manage sales and rentals, in addition to maintaining a record of their rentals and sales history.

14. Maintain a professional work environment in accordance with company policy.
