Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures before, during, and after installation.
Ensure all scaffolds comply with applicable standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE, CISRS, or local regulations).
Issue scaffolding tags and inspection reports, including approval or rejection documentation.
Identify and report unsafe practices or conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Verify that scaffold erection is performed by qualified and certified personnel.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and scaffold permits.
Conduct periodic and routine inspections to ensure continued compliance and structural integrity.
Collaborate with scaffolding supervisors, engineers, and safety officers on-site to ensure safe work conditions
