Key Responsibilities
SCADA System EngineeringDesign and configure SCADA systems including servers, HMIs, historians, and communication networks. Develop and modify SCADA graphics, alarms, trends, and reports. Configure databases, tag management, and system redundancy. Perform FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site acceptance activities. Troubleshoot SCADA software, hardware, and network issues.

RTU / PLC EngineeringConfigure, program, and maintain RTUs and PLCs for remote stations. Integrate RTUs with SCADA using industry-standard protocols. Support I/O configuration, signal mapping, and loop checking. Diagnose and resolve field communication and I/O issues. Support remote site operations and upgrades.

Communication SystemsConfigure and maintain communication links such as: + Fiber optic, radio, GSM/4G/5G, microwave, VSAT
Implement and troubleshoot protocols: + Modbus (RTU/TCP), DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/104, OPC
Ensure reliable and secure data transmission between RTUs and control centers.

Cybersecurity & ComplianceImplement SCADA cybersecurity best practices (firewalls, user access, hardening). Support compliance with standards such as IEC 62443. Maintain system backups, disaster recovery, and change management.

Operations & SupportProvide on-site and remote technical support. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Prepare engineering documents, test reports, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications
EducationBachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering.

Experience4-10 years of experience in SCADA / RTU systems. Experience in Oil & Gas, Water, Power, Pipeline, Utilities, or Infrastructure projects.

Technical SkillsSCADA platforms (any of the following): + Yokogawa FAST/TOOLS, Wonderware, WinCC, iFIX, Citect, Ignition
RTUs / PLCs: + Yokogawa, Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Emerson, Rockwell
Communication protocols and networking. System integration and commissioning.

Soft SkillsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and in site environments. Willingness to travel to remote locations.
