Job Description
Kintec Global are currently partnered with a major oil and gas company, who are seeking a SAP Specialist to join their team. This role is a fixed 1 year contract and based in Muscat and it is only for Omani nationals. Main Responsibilities:
- The candidate need to quickly & accurately enter required information into SAP application.
- Perform a variety of transactional work - submit purchasing requisitions on behalf of employees, change PO\xe2\x80\x99s, enter goods receipts, etc.
- The candidate will be responsible for documenting key details in excel. Must have advanced digital skills to meet the demands of this role.
- In addition to email and phone calls this role requires frequent 1interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, the candidate should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure identifying the most profitable offers.
- The role requires a candidate that has a balance of technical and administrative skills. The preferred candidate will be organized, have excellent SAP skills with at least 3 to 5 years, experience in customer service, excellent written & oral communication skills, in addition to negotiation and IT skills.
- Holding a Bachelor\'s degree, preferable Finance, IT, HR or Business Administration.
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
