Our client is a prominent well-established conglomerate in UAE, with a legacy of excellence, they continue to expand their presence across the Middle East, shaping the region\'s retail, automotive, and real estate landscapes. From their commitment to innovation, they are implementing an ERP transformation project for their business, and they need a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in implementing large-scale SAP transformation projectsto lead the transformation of retail-related processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Documenting the organization\'s business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in designing the new SAP system to meet the needs of all users, ensuring that the new system is scalable and can be easily adapted to new markets or business units.
• Identifying and addressing potential resistance, communicating the benefits of change, and providing training to employees so they can adjust to new processes, systems, and behaviors.
• Manage multiple streams of work related to ERP SAP transformations and cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.
• Review and adapt plans from OEM and vendors to incorporate ATG-specific activities, risk issues, and dependencies management.
• Monitor and manage progress, reporting progress to the program manager and EPMO.
• Ensure all artifacts of delivery are documented.
• Execute and ensure compliance with program governance.
• Report on vendor and internal delivery KPIs to enable visibility and regular tracking of program stream progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10 Years of experience, at least 5 years implementing large-scale SAP transformation projects.
• Played a key part in at least 1 full cycle end-to-end SAP cloud ERP implementation.
• Must have on-site experience in ERP implementation programs.
• Have run governance committees and presented at steering committees.
• Experience in Change management, UAT, Blueprinting, global design, and training.
• Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.
• Bachelors from a recognized university.
• SAP or PM certifications are a PLUS.
