JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Role : SAP REFX CONSULTANT Location : DUBAI Notice Period : 15 days - 30 days Experience : 8+ Years Relevant Exp : 8 Years Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate the implementation of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.) Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules. Identify gaps, issues and provide appropriate solutions based on the best practices. Document functional specifications, test cases and results. Prepare appropriate documentation Business Blueprint / Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Master List, Fit-Gap Master List, Functional Specifications, Review Technical Specifications, Configuration documents, Test Cases & Record results, Training Materials, Data Migration templates (LTMC / LSMW), Support technical team by providing inputs for BAPI, BDCs for Data Migration, Prepare Cutover Checklist for Finance and ensure smooth cutover, Handover documents, Update Issue logs at regular intervals, etc.

SAP ReFX Experience:

Have minimum 5+years SAP ReFX functional experience Should have at least 1 implementation experience Hands-on experience with S4 HANA (implementation preferred) Strong Experience in the field of SAP as REFX Strong knowledge on Integration of SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX) with Sales force for automatic creation of Contracts, Renewal, Termination and Inbound and Outbound Interfaces. Implemented requirements of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) Straight lining of Long term leases and Revenue recognition. Implemented Accruals and Deferrals of lease-outs according to the basic principles Scenarios in REFX Module Master data, Customized Developments, Transaction data

MUST HAVES : SAP REFX - Minimum 5 Years (Current experience) SAP REFX - E2E Implementation Hands-on experience with S4 HANA (implementation preferred) Hands-on Experience in SAP ReFX functional.

Desired Skills & Experience:

General Ledger including experience in Document Splitting Financial Closing Closing Cockpit Consolidation Group Reporting Real Estate Flexible Management (ReFx) Accounts Payables Accounts Receivables Bank & Cash Management Funds Management including Budgeting IFRS Ledger Accounting IFRS 16 Reporting Tax Accounting & Localization Asset Accounting Bank Communication Management Financial Supply Chain Management Controlling including Product Costing, etc. COPA, Material Ledger, etc. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System. Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HCM, Payroll, PP and QM. Experience in working with technical team on RICEFW Objects including PIPO Interfaces, Fiori Reports, BW Reporting, BO Dashboards, etc.
