Title: SAP P&SM Solution Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 7-10 years
Duration: 12 months extendable
Join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program as a Senior SAP Ariba & S/4HANA Procurement Consultant. This role leads the full lifecycle of procurement systems modernization--from ECC migration to Ariba integration and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Procurement implementation across sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration
Own the product roadmap, configuration, and optimization post go-live
Lead workshops, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Design and configure MM, SRM, and Ariba modules; ensure seamless system integration
Manage testing, go-live support, user training, and adoption
Continuously improve processes post-deployment to increase procurement efficiency
What You Bring:
8-10 years' hands-on SAP experience (Ariba + S/4HANA Procurement)
Strong functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain
Proven delivery of at least 3-5 complex SAP implementations
Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
SAP certification in Procurement/MM is a plus
Bonus Points For:
Aviation or travel industry experience
Knowledge of UAE/international compliance in procurement
Familiarity with integration of SAP with third-party platforms
