SAP Program Manager - 12 Month Contract - Onsite Dubai
We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Program Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SAP programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations, deep knowledge of project/program management methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end management of SAP programs, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party consultants.Ensure alignment of SAP program goals with business strategy and objectives.Manage the delivery of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors) on time, within scope and budget.Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks and issues proactively.Drive stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels, including executive leadership.Oversee data migration, integration, testing, and change management activities.Ensure adherence to governance standards, compliance policies, and quality assurance protocols.Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and post-implementation support.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of experience in IT project/program management with at least 5+ years in managing SAP projects.Proven experience with large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications (preferred).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience working in a multi-country/global SAP environment.Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, Ariba).Background in business critical customer centric industries is a plus.
