Responsibilities
- Understanding of Ariba integration with backend ERP systems
- Awareness of Ariba integration using Integration Toolkit (ITK) & web services methods
- Awareness of Ariba integration using Cloud Platform Integrator(CPI) & web services methods
- Experience in preparing the Functional Specification Documents, Configuration documents, Test Scenarios & Test Scripts
- Experience in Planning and executing implementation, rollout, upgrade, support activities in SAP Ariba on-demand solution
- Capable of Analysing existing ARIBA deployment & functional gaps during requirement gathering and realization phases & providing apt solutions
- Experience in SAP Ariba configurations, and ability to reviewing and confirming existing configuration is as per the requirement specifications.
- Experience in SAP Ariba integrations with any other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle or any other proprietary systems.
- Experience in Unit testing, integration testing during SAP Ariba implementation, as well as upgrades & rollouts
- Having ample Knowledge in Service Management process & ITSM methodologies
- Should be able to lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 resources.
- Should be able to interact and understand technical / functional information/requirements from other areas (in which ARIBA system is integrated with)
- Should possess Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be a good team player
- Familiarity on the basic business processes in the functional areas of Procurement & Supply Chain
- Deep experience in handling technical and functional support issues
- Should have experience with handling macros, and advanced Microsoft Excel application
Skills
Must have- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of SAP MM work experience with ample domain functional experience of minimum 2 years
- Work on at least two to three SAP Ariba implementation project
- Work on at least one to two SAP Support/AMS project
- Sound understanding of procurement processes and ability to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in Ariba/MM
- Hands on experience in configuring the following Ariba modules (Procure-To-Pay, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Vendor Management (SLP), Catalog Solutions)
- Should possess Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be a good team player
