Job description Position- SAP-.Net Developer Experience Level 5 to 6 year(s) of experience We are looking to hire technically skilled, self-driven, SAP, .Net Developer with 5+ years of experience. He/she will be responsible for designing solutions for ERP/CRM applications and improving functionality. Core Duties and Responsibilities 1. Maintain and Manage existing SAP ERP system. 2. Responsible for designing applications, maintaining performance and analysing requirements and functionality. 3. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, high quality coding skills and able to manage your time efficiently. 4. CRM Database architecture design & management. 5. Collaborating with front end developers. 6. Designing and building application layers. 7. Will be responsible for analyzing high-level business processes and requirements 8. Participate in project quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code review. 9. Gather requirements from business stakeholders for SAP Change Request and other systems' enhancements. 10. Liaise with external SAP consultants to ensure implementations aligned to business objectives. 11. Prepare documentations (blueprint, business flow diagram, functional specification, configuration, training documents, etc.) for all system implementations. 12. Perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues identified for SAP and .NET-based applications. 13. Monitor and optimize SAP system performance to ensure the system availability. 14. Maintain and support existing in-house applications built on .NET Framework with C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server stack. 15. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. 16. Ability to follow standard processes for efficient resolution of incidents across environment through analytical and structured approaches to problem solving.

Desired Education/Skills 1. Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required with 5+ Years of experience providing technical administration to ICT Infrastructure. 2. Knowledge of SAP or any ERP Solutions. 3. Able to work in fast paced environment. 4. Should have excellent problem-solving skills with positive attitude. 5. Self-learner, proactive having attention to detail. 6. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively and excellent written and oral communication skills.
