Part-Time SAP MM (Materials Management) Instructor
to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals and students. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM implementations and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led training (ILT or virtual) on SAP MM modules, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and vendor master data.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
Guide learners through hands-on exercises in a live SAP environment (ECC or S/4HANA).
Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, quizzes, and project work.
Provide mentorship, support, and clarification of technical queries during and after sessions.
Stay current with updates in SAP MM and S/4HANA to ensure course content is up to date.
Adapt teaching methodologies to suit corporate training or academic cohorts.
Assist with curriculum design and course improvement as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM module.
Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP MM implementation.
Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle, goods movement, pricing procedures, and integration with FI and SD.
Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP MM certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Exposure to SAP Ariba or Fiori is a plus.
Working Hours:
Flexible schedule, typically evenings or weekends.
6-12 hours per week (depending on course schedule).
