- Minimum 12 years’ experience in SAP MES((SAP Manufacturing Execution System)) in SAP implementations in Manufacturing and Hi - Tech Industries
- Standard Production Operations with ME System to be used
- Standard Production Subcontracting Process to be used
- Standard Rework Processing Process to be used
- Standard Subcontracting Process to be used
- MES/MII integration with S4 EWM-QM is considered
- Experience in Build book functionality
- Integration with shop-floor systems through standardized protocols (OPC, HTTP, MQTT)
- The MES scope includes functionalities of the digital build book
- Standard MEINT (S/4HANA-ME) interfaces will be used
- Up to 5 routings will be enhanced in SAP ME if needed (to add additional operations/routing conditions).
- Up to 5 variations of custom Production Operator Dashboards will be developed for the global template if needed
- Assumptions with boundary condition for each MES plant in scope is provided in the organizational scope
- Custom development in MII for the MRO - Maintenance Operation Dashboard
- Interfaces to automation systems
