Application Management

\xc2\xb7 To manage, consult, teach, troubleshoot, setup and maintain respective domain solutions to agreed service level standards.

\xc2\xb7 Investigates and develops specifications for system changes to handle workloads and high availability.

\xc2\xb7 Develops and maintains documentation for technical solution modifications.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with software suppliers and the Change Management team for problem resolution and deployment of system changes.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with IT Policies, Security Standards and strengthen internal controls.

\xc2\xb7 Solution Delivery

\xc2\xb7 Work with internal and external implementation team members and partners to contribute to the development, testing and deployment of solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Adheres to software development and maintenance standards by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of internal and external development best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Estimate and deliver multiple projects assignments and system change requests as per agreed resourcing and timelines with required quality.

\xc2\xb7 Performance against agreed business service level agreements (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s)

\xc2\xb7 Reduction of Service Incidents

\xc2\xb7 Resolution of Service Request and Requests for Change within SLA agreements

\xc2\xb7 Number and severity of security incidents and breaches

\xc2\xb7 Accuracy in development estimates given.

\xc2\xb7 Solution delivery on-time and within budget

\xc2\xb7 Compliance with development standards and best practices

To liaise with relevant managers and stakeholders in IT to ensure full collaboration and understanding on critical topics as one IT team.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains and upgrades professional knowledge, management skills and domain expertise by using continuous learning & development tools.

\xc2\xb7 Contribution to business excellence initiatives within EIT

\xc2\xb7 Peer appreciation and feedback
