We are in need of SAP HCM Consultants for one of our major client in Oman. Please find below the job details.

JOB PROFILE: SAP HCM Consultant must have extensive experience in configuring and custom development with excellent functional skills. Should be able to work with the business to understand their needs and coach them on the appropriate solutions (capability consultant), while at the same time; work with technical support team to drive them to an efficient technical solution design. Work with the business users / process owners to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements. Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with internal team to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements. Performs configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality Function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise Prepare functionality specifications and deliver to ABAP / FIORI developers Responsible for understanding Functional Specifications followed by writing corresponding Detail Design Specifications Responsible for developing high quality solutions based on completed Functional Design Documents Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met Collaborate with the ABAP developers to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality Configure based on business requirements the SAP PA/Time/OM/Payroll/Benefits. Cloud SuccessFactors Integration is an added advantaged. Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses company standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations Identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with business users / process owner Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in design and configuration of Workforce Process Management Modules such SAP Personnel Administration, OM, Time, Travel, Benefits and Payroll. Strong Time Management and Payroll knowledge o Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration; o Off cycle payroll definition and processing o SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll o Payroll Integration with Bank (BTB and DME) o Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Workforce Process Management Modules Basic Understanding of Cloud Modules are preferred. (SAP SF Integration, Overview of all Talent Management Modules) Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI (Finance) Knowledge of Custom Application Design in Webdynpro / Fiori UI. Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules Experience with year-end activities and support packs/Portal implementation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good logical and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
