Job Description

Responsibilities End to end Implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR Payroll. Good experience of SuccessFactors Platform, Role based permissions, Performance module. Basic Experience in SAP UAE Payroll for HR. Should have handled the customer in the process of Business requirements, Design workshops, User acceptance testing. Experience in Integration scenarios with Finance and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in data replication from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll. Experience in data migration with Employee Central. Experience in different area of Employee Central module like Global assignments, Time-Off, Global Benefits, Document creation and Advances. Understanding of the modules SuccessFactors Recruiting, Learning and Onboarding. Good Communication skills

Qualificafions Bachelor degree at the minimum. Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM Payroll. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM solutions.
