Key Responsibilities
Lead and support month-end closing activities using SAP FICO and JVA modules
Configure and manage JVA-related functions including funding, cash calls, billing, and cutbacks
Perform QA/UAT testing, develop test scripts, and conduct user training sessions
Prepare documentation, technical manuals, and training materials, for end users
Collaborate across IT and business units to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment
Participation in data migration efforts and contribute to ongoing support and enhancement cycles
Skills
Expertise in General Ledger, Controlling (CO), and Joint Venture Accounting
Advanced knowledge of Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC) and related reporting tools
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Skilled in MS Office 365, SharePoint, and similar tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO/JVA
At least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Certified in S/4 HANA Finance
