Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FI/CO/BPC Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of finance and performance management systems. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) across SAP FI/CO and SAP BPC and play a strategic role in aligning technology solutions with financial business processes and enterprise objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic and Functional Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO and BPC solution design and implementation across global projects.
• Define SAP financial architecture aligning with business needs and long-term strategy.
• Advise CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders on process improvements using SAP capabilities.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee the functional integrity of large-scale rollouts.

SAP FI/CO Expertise

• Deep hands-on configuration experience in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Mgmt, Treasury) and CO (Cost Element, Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Lead complex integrations between FI/CO and other modules like MM, SD, PS, and HCM.
• Drive digital finance transformation initiatives including S/4HANA Finance migrations.

SAP BPC Expertise

• Architect and implement SAP BPC (Standard and/or Embedded) for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and legal/management consolidation.
• Build complex input schedules, reports, BPFs, and script logic.
• Ensure seamless integration with ECC, BW, and external reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 16+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with a minimum of 8 years in BPC.
• Experience leading or managing full-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong domain knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, Central Finance, or Group Reporting (preferred).
• Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural, and global teams.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• SAP Certifications (FI/CO, BPC, S/4HANA Finance).
• Tools: SAP BW, Analysis for Office, SAP Fiori, BADI, EPM Add-in.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
