Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs in SAP FICO modules. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions. Support testing and validation of system enhancements and customizations. Mentor and train junior team members on SAP FICO technical best practices and development standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients. Stay current with SAP developments and provide recommendations for process improvements. Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP FICO implementations. Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and requirements. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Strong technical skills, including expertise in ABAP programming, SAPscript, and Smart Forms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
