Job Overview:






We are looking for an experienced SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be key to the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients. You will engage directly with client teams to understand their requirements and help optimize their payroll processes.




Requirements



Requirements:






Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll modules. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules. Proficiency in SAP ECP functionality, including time and attendance, configuration, and reporting. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience with client-facing roles and project management is preferred. * Immediate availability to start the contract.
