Candidates must be currently in UAE and willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah. Preferred those who can join immediately. Purpose: SAP consultants provide support, training, and guidance for projects and initiatives involving SAP (Systems Applications and Products) software programs and systems. You are responsible for evaluating, designing and configuring computer systems and software to meet the needs of their employer or client. They ensure that the workflows for the computer system are optimize and work well for the end-users. Key Responsibilities: The business process design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions for all the Business Units of GGHL. Design, implement, and deploy solutions to achieve defined business goals. Interface with the business and end user to analyze business processes, workflows, policies, tables, objects, packages, data elements, programs, transactions etc. related to the solution. Participate and drive workshops and sessions around business process analysis, process re-engineering and value chain analysis. Understand business needs and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the end user relationship. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM and Financials (focus on FICO Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.). Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy the business needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO, HCM, MM and SD modules. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members. Design solutions using standard SAP and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan. Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support employees and customers in developing their skills. Use your experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, fit gap analysis. Any other task to be performed per the direction of the Group IT Manager. Minimum Educational Criteria and Related Work Experience: 7+ years of experience of SAP functional experience with focus on Finance and/or HCM and full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Experience with S/4HANA (v1511 or higher). Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Understanding of accounting business processes Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams as well as contributing to and/or leading documentation of points of view. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Experience:
