OBJECTIVE
The PL2Pr Consultant configures SAP S/4HANA to support manufacturing planning and production processes. They ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Expertise in streamlining production processes, from planning to execution, and integrating SAP PP with other key SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and QM. Strong background in production scheduling, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and order processing. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall production visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP PP module to optimize production planning, scheduling, and order management for manufacturing clients.
- Design and configure Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Work Centres, and Production Versions to support seamless production processes.
- Configure Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure accurate material procurement, based on production demand and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PP with SAP MM for material procurement, SAP SD for sales order integration, and SAP WM for warehouse management.
- Implement capacity planning techniques to optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime on the production floor.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users, increasing proficiency in SAP PP functionalities and minimizing support requests.
- Experience in EDI Setup and Interfaces to other in External Systems
- 15+ years SAP experience, with a focus on manufacturing planning.
- Expertise in Manufacturing, life sciences or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
- Fluent in English; German/French is a plus.
