Job Description

Job Title: SAP Ariba & Contract Management Specialist Experience: 6-8 years Location: Qatar Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)

Responsibilities:

SAP Ariba Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions in Qatar. Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules to meet business requirements.

Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end contract management process in compliance with Qatari legal and regulatory standards.

Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Qatar to integrate SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems. Manage data migration and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP Ariba modules, addressing user issues and troubleshooting system errors in the Qatar office. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users in Qatar on SAP Ariba functionalities. Create user manuals and documentation for reference.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP Ariba and contract management workflows in the Qatar context. Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features in SAP Ariba.

Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports specific to Qatar to provide insights into contract performance. Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors in Qatar to optimize the use of SAP Ariba tools. Collaborate on joint initiatives and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba implementation and contract management. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders in the Qatar office. Certifications (Preferred): SAP Ariba Certification
