Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary SAP Business ByDesign administrator for non-financial modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, CRM, HR, Project Management). Configure and support SAP ByDesign functional modules in accordance with business needs. Perform user management, role assignments, and data maintenance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for system/process improvement. Assist in testing, training, and documentation of new features or enhancements. Resolve technical and functional issues related to daily operations. Liaise with SAP support as needed for issue resolution or system updates.
Requirements:
1-4 years of experience working with SAP Business ByDesign in a functional/administrative role. Solid understanding of at least one or more non-financial SAP ByD modules (e.g., SCM, CRM, HR, Project Management). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Must be available to join immediately.
