Job Description
We are looking for
Sandwich Maker
candidates for urgent joining. The ideal candidate must be having the following:Minimum Requirements:
Minimum two years' experience as Sandwich Maker or similar role with Hotels, Clubs, Hospitals, Event management & Catering Contractor. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
Main Responsibilities:
To prepare different types of sandwiches to be served as per the recipes given. To ensure timely pre-preparation / mis-en-place (wash, clean, cut vegetables, fruits, Cheeses) as per set menu and within the set cost To ensure quality, quantity and hygienic food is served with particular emphasis on presentation. To try and ensure minimum / no wastage (excess food balance). To ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in a dangerous state. To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE meetings. Requisitions supplies daily. To ensure proper grooming and hygiene. To sort out stores and maintain stores including vegetable freezers and dry stores in a neat and orderly manner. To sort out/dispose the garbage after each shift.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
