- Prepare sandwiches, burgers, wraps, juice, smoothies and mojitos items according to customer specifications
- Slice, chop, and assemble ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, toasters, and blenders effectively and safely
- Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures are followed in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the manager
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
