Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collect raw material, clinker, and cement samples from designated production areas as per standard procedures. Prepare samples (crushing, grinding, splitting) for laboratory analysis. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and timely delivery of samples to the QC laboratory. Maintain cleanliness of sampling equipment and tools. Follow safety standards and wear required PPE while collecting and handling samples. Assist laboratory staff in routine QC activities when required. Report any abnormalities in material or sampling processes to supervisors.
Requirements:
High School Certificate or equivalent. 1-2 years of work experience in an industrial or cement manufacturing environment (preferred). Basic knowledge of safe work practices in a factory setting. Physically fit to handle sample collection tasks. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per company schedule.
