Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of salon professionals, including hairstylists, estheticians, and support staff.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards for quality and client satisfaction.
Address client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution. Salon Operations: Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Monitor and manage salon resources, including equipment, products, and supplies.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and materials. Sales and Promotion: Drive salon sales through effective promotion of services, upselling, and retail product sales.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management. Staff Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development, organizing relevant workshops or training sessions. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including staff scheduling, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate client records.
Prepare reports on salon performance and other relevant metrics for management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salon Supervisor or similar role in the beauty industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of salon operations, equipment, and beauty products. Sales and marketing experience, with a focus on promoting salon services. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the beauty industry.
