Job Summary: As the Salon Sales Staff, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing expert knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service within Grand Flora Salon. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Sales & Customer Service: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend product & services (packages, promotions \xe2\x80\xa6etc.) accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Product & services Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in beauty and spa services. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the features and benefits of the product & services to assist customers effectively. \xc2\xb7 Conduct product & services demonstrations and educate customers on proper usage and benefits. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the management team to identify fast \xe2\x80\x93 moving inventory for appropriate action. \xc2\xb7 Team collaboration: Work closely with salon staff to coordinate promotions and events to boost sales. \xc2\xb7 Foster a collaborative environment by sharing product & services knowledge with the team members. \xc2\xb7 Visual Merchasiding: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized salon space, including product & services displays and promotional materials. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that product & services shelves are adequately stocked and presentable at all times. Education/Qualification: \xc2\xb7 Minimum five (5) \xe2\x80\x93 seven (7) years working experience in beauty industry. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Strong passion for beauty and wellness product & services or services. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of industry trends and commitment to continuous learning. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
