Job Description
1. Happy Soul to welcome and greet clients. 2. Maintaining a clean and well stock Retail Front desk. 3. Flexibility on working hours. 4. Knowledgeable in Shortcut or any other appointment system. 5. Ability to work under pressure. 6. Excellent customer service and able to sort minor complaints. 7. Able to work with integrity with minimal supervision. 8. Updated to the trend of beauty industry. 9. Able to upsell services and advise suitable products to the clients. 10. Handling cash flow and to send updated sales report. 11. Salon or Spa Experience is a must. 12. Can blend in multi-cultural working environment.
