We're seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven individual to join our growing beauty team as a

Salon Receptionist & Customer Service Representative

. You'll be the face of our salon -- welcoming clients, managing appointments, and ensuring every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a premium and friendly first impression. Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule coordination (via phone, WhatsApp, and in person). Assist clients with service inquiries and recommend treatments or packages. Manage payments, receipts, and maintain accurate daily records. Ensure the reception area and client waiting space remain organized and inviting. Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Address client concerns promptly and escalate to management when necessary.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role (experience in the beauty industry preferred). Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Presentable and polished appearance, aligned with a luxury beauty brand. Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.
