We are seeking an experienced
Salon Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our ladies' salon in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service, and business management skills to ensure smooth salon operations and an exceptional client experience.Location:

Manage daily salon operations, staff schedules, and client appointments Ensure high standards of hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction Supervise, train, and motivate beauty professionals and front desk staff Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally Manage salon inventory, product orders, and supplier relationships Monitor financial performance, sales targets, and service quality Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain clients Maintain compliance with health, safety, and salon regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Salon Manager
in a ladies' salon (minimum 3-5 years) Strong leadership and customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Knowledge of beauty, hair, and spa services preferred Presentable, professional, and service-oriented Immediate joiners will be given preferenceJob Type: Full-time
