The SO Salon Assistant represents SO style, mission and philosophy and is always on the lookout for ways to make the salon as comfortable and welcoming as possible. You should be someone who has excellent communication skills and is really passionate about fashion, music, art, hair, nails, and customer service! Be committed to delivering the best possible experience to all clients when they enter the salon. A willingness to learn new skills while improving your current skills is requirement. Principle Accountabilities: Ensure the salon is well-kept at all times to promote a clean, welcoming environment. Assist with daily tasks including cleaning, organizing, general labour, and other requests as the salon needs. Attending events outside of SO in order to promote the brand externally when needed. Taking proper care of the tools and equipment. To adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by SO and the Dubai Municipality. Ensure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care. General Requirements: Maintain immaculate grooming standards at all time.
