Job Description

A leading Facility Management Group that is focusing on commercial and residential portfolios across UAE is seeking to expand its Facility Management Group division.

• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule
• Assist the Leadership team with the development and implementation of management initiatives
• Estimating and submitting quotation and tenders for large sized buildings for A/C or MEP or FM maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
• Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Residential and commercial properties.
• Act as resource person of management in terms of sales and service
• Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
• Preparing technical presentations that explain the products and services of the company to customers or prospective clients.

• Responsible for sourcing new project leads, market intelligence, tendering, and bids for new projects.

• Provide technical assistance when requested, doing sites visits as required
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5-10 year of market experience in UAE market and in facility management.

• Sound knowledge in MEP engineering
