Job Description

:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Relationship Manager preferably strong background in banking and trade finance to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions related to trade finance products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and structured finance instruments.?
??Responsibilities:
?Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, partnerships, etc.
Act as the primary contact for all client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored trade finance solutions
Ensure proper onboarding of new clients by assisting with end-to-end documentation, KYC, compliance, and operational setup.
Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell additional trade finance instruments or services to existing clients.
Escalate complex matters to senior management and coordinate with relevant departments until satisfactory closure.
Maintain an updated pipeline with detailed stages, client status, expected closures, and follow-up actions.
Submit sales reports in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and reporting schedules as may be prescribed
Work closely with the internal team to support deal execution, participate in team meetings, and provide constructive client feedback.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field, or related field is preferred.
  • 3- 5 years of experience working in sales or marketing.
  • Should be from the Financial industry, preferably in banking, Credit Rating, Credit Risk Management or who is used to selling/dealing with corporate entities.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and generate new business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
