Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Staff member at Xtream Vision Electronics Trading LLC, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 1. Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the assigned territory or market segment. 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Presenting and demonstrating our range of products and services to clients, showcasing their features and benefits. 4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. 5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. 5. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis. Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company\'s products and services. Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of IT products, networking solutions, or related technologies would be advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
