The Role
A one-stop solution for our customer\'s logistics and supply chain management requirements. As international freight forwarders, our services are aimed and designed specifically to serve all types of projects, through our network of agents, partners, and strategic alliances all over the world.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and market visits \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up meetings with potential clients, negotiate/close deals and manage clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain frequent reviews and reports with sales visits and inquiry status \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with operations team members to achieve better results \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with concerned team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Research, contact and recommend new local suppliers and overseas agents to help expand agency network \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Minimum of 3 years successful experience selling Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services in with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional understanding of the Logistics services market in UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Written and Spoken fluency in English (additional languages is a plus) \xe2\x80\xa2 Tech savvy \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong negotiator \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated initiator with a positive attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Good work ethic \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional and Presentable \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
