The Role
Education: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration/MBA/Mechanical Engineering/Electronical Engineering/Polymer Engineering. (Required) Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 International Sales & Procurement: 5 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years (Required) \xe2\x80\xa2 Polymer & Spare parts experience is preferred. Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player & Proactive \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English language \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communicator. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent phone and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and by meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the sales process efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for sales & purchase. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be aware of the complete process of shipment and logistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future sales plans and sourcing potential relationships with vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the project should be delivered within the defined timelines
