We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salesperson to join Austin Consulting's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to build client relationships to drive business growth. This role is open to motivated individuals, including those new to the field, eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.
- Present and promote Austin Consulting's services to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to develop effective sales campaigns and proposals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Arabic and Hindi language skills are an advantage.
Compensation:
- During the 1-month probation period, compensation will be commission-based, rewarding performance and successful deal closures.
- Post-probation, a competitive salary structure with commission incentives will be offered.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
