Job Description
: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson with experience in the UAE and Software industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a valid UAE driver\'s license and access to a car. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including regular check-ins and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on progress.
- Has marketing experience to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product development and strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and expand your network.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, should be in the Software industry and within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid UAE driver\'s license and access to a car
- Familiarity with the IT industry and market in the UAE
- Ability to work independently and travel to meet with clients as needed.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
