We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for customer success. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set and track sales targets for the team. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Identify market trends and customer needs to create sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Recruit, train, and support new sales staff. Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [Technical Equipment industry ]. Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C sales environments. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
