We are looking for experienced and strategic Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in creating impactful marketing campaigns, building brand presence, and driving measurable business growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, and events). Oversee branding, positioning, and communication to strengthen market presence. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on all campaigns. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management. Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners. Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to deliver on strategic objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategies. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
