Sales & Marketing Executive
to promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase bakery product sales.
Build and maintain relationships with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Promote bakery products through effective marketing campaigns (online & offline).
Manage social media platforms and assist with digital marketing content.
Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
sales & marketing
(preferably in food, FMCG, or bakery industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of UAE market and customer preferences.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
