Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Define sales targets, KPIs, and regularly report performance to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in sales and marketing, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
Proven ability to build, lead, and develop a team or department.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics operations is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
