Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, expand our retail presence, and strengthen our market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the UAE & GCC. Identify and open
new markets, retail stores, and distribution channels
. Build, train, and lead a high-performingsales & merchandising team
. Manage participation inexhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events
. Develop strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Drive brand visibility, digital campaigns, and trade promotions in alignment with marketing strategy.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years FMCG sales & marketing experience in the UAE
(experience in food, beverage, or health supplements preferred). Proven track record ofmarket development and retail expansion
. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must hold avalid UAE driving license
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.What We Offer:
