Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive at iOud. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing. Qualifications Market Planning and Market Research skills Play a key role and shoulder responsibilities integral to the success of the product marketing strategy for the brand, aligning efforts with overarching company objectives. Take a lead role in comprehensively analyzing the market landscape and studying competitors to inform strategic decision-making. Offer valuable insights for product positioning, leveraging a local marketing perspective to enhance market relevance. Conduct thorough research utilizing methods like surveys, polls, focus groups, and statistical analysis to ensure well-informed decisions on product specifications and lineup. Manage the product calendar and adhere to the product life cycle schedule, ensuring timely and effective product launches. Uphold competitiveness of the launched products in the market through diligent market analysis and strategic adjustments. Actively contribute to marketing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives, including but not limited to special promotions, sponsored events, and other marketing activities (e.g., PWP, Discounts, etc.). Collaborate in the process of stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels. Establish and maintain a comprehensive library of product information, visuals, and customer reviews. Skills Candidate must be present in Kuwait and legally eligible to work there Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field At least 2 years of working experience in beauty products or relevant industry is required In tune with market conditions as well as demographic and industrial trends Able to work independently and within a team Preferably specialize in Beauty / Retail Service or similar
