JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, well organized , dynamic and result-driven Event Sales and Marketing to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for prospecting, client management, group and event bookings.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Execute an aggressive sales strategy for existing clients and annual sales goals through strategic planning.
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product /services features.
Follow and achieve department\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
\xe2\x80\x9cGo the extra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to drive sales.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2+ years of sales/event experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills needed to effectively solicit and close business.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills (English/Arabic) spoken is required.
Experience in event management as Sales and Marketing is a must.
Customer-Focused Mindset
Deep Knowledge in Product and services offer by the company.
Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making When Dealing with Customer Issues.
