JOB ROLE
Sales person who can handle management of Supermarket operation including
(stocks, suppliers, purchases, sales, daily reporting, customer, worker) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling counter sales
• Awareness of software (supermarket & Time attendance) & Ability to learn
• Handling Cash and tracking the Cash balances
• Punching sales in software (cash and visa) separately
• Track the market price for items and suggest appropriate profit margin
• Product displays, and the general appearance of the store
• Updating the items in the software, printing bar code and prices for each item
• Keeping records of daily expenditure and maintaining file.
• Keeping records of daily material purchases, Supplier outstanding tracking,
• Payments and maintaining file.
• Every day Cash opening and closing balances should match with cash in hand.
• Keeping records of daily opening cash and closing cash in hand, there should
• not be any variation in the balances and maintaining the file
• If any mismatch arises, find out why it came.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock expiry, damages, theft, and wastage
• Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints
• Manage Vendors lists and prices.
• Identifying the stock expiry, plan accordingly to sale those stock before expiry
• Improve profit and attain sales target of the supermarket
• Any other tasks given by management

Education

• Bachelors of Commerce

Experience

• Proven successful experience as supermarket sales person
• Minimum 2 years related experience in the relevant field
• GCC is preferred

Skills

• Supervise helpers
• Customer management
• English (Written, spoken, verbal)
• Full knowledge and experience Microsoft applications and email communication
• Data Entry to upload reports

Working Hours

• 12 hours per day
• Weekends: one day off per week as per staff shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to RO180.000 per month
